Just south of Calgary, The Ranch House rests in an opulent setting surrounded by 300 acres of polo fields along the eastern slopes of the Mountains. It is the ideal venue - away from the distractions of the city centre, yet close enough for convenient access. It is a lovely heritage building with a warm cozy atmosphere. Built around 1920, it was initially used as the Army Officers' mess building in Calgary and, in 1999, lovingly moved and rebuilt to its current location between the berms at the Polo Club.

The Ranch House is an AGLC Licensed establishment, therefore all bookings are required to use certified Ranch House bartenders and bar. Outside alcohol is prohibited.
DRINK PRICES $7 - $13 per drink (prices are subject to change) includes highballs, domestic beer, wine, draft beer.

We offer a variety of options to suit your budget including cash bar services, subsidized bar, and host bar services.

availability:
As we are requested frequently for dates and times, please contact us at 403-919-6827.
You are not guaranteed your date until your booking fee is paid. Booking fees are non-refundable.

Due to seasonal demand, we will only hold the venue for 3 days.
access:
Access to the facility is guaranteed at 9 am on the day of your event. All patrons must vacate the premises by 1:00am. Day before access may become available two weeks prior to the event date, pending availability.
​
Wedding rehearsals are arranged based on facility availability; there is no day before guarantee. The only way to guarantee day before access is to book in advance.
