In 2019 Michael Dickson, (The Secret Chef), was awarded “Caterer of the Year” for the 2019 Alberta Wedding Awards. Pursuing a fascination with food since childhood Michael has travelled around the world, learning new cuisines and techniques from chefs everywhere. Developing an understanding for the simplicity of traditional meals and having a very creative edge, he creates dishes that are both classic and inspired.
